Sanda is a modern competitive sport in which two people use the techniques of kicking, hitting, wrestling and defense in Wushu to fight unarmed according to certain rules. It is an important part of China Wushu.

The basic leg techniques of Sanda are kicking, kicking and whipping.

kick

Kicking with left foot: When standing in basic actual combat, shift the body's center of gravity to the hind leg, slightly bend the hind leg, bend your knees to lift the left leg, including the chest, and tuck in the abdomen, then push the left leg forward and upward from flexion to reach the heel. Whip leg

Left Whipping Leg: Basic actual combat situation, the center of gravity shifts to the right leg, knees slightly bend the left leg, knees are lifted up, above the waist, the left leg slightly turns up and down, and then knees are straightened, so that the calf bounces in an arc from the outside up, forward and inward, stretching the foot surface to make the force reach the foot surface or tibia, visually observing the foot, and then bouncing the leg sideways to restore the basic posture of falling.
