2. Manufacturing steps of manual insoles:

Step 1: Put the shoes on the cardboard, and then cut out the paper of the same size, but the length of the shoe board is less than the length of the shoes themselves, about 1cm. After the cardboard is restored, put it into the shoes to see if it fits. If yes, you can start the second step.

Step 2: Cut off the trouser legs of the used jeans, turn them out, and draw the left and right feet separately, remember not to follow the feet and put cotton on them.

Step 3: sew them with thread and needle, and then cut the insole with scissors, not thread.

Step 4: Then reinforce it with needles and threads, so that the upper insole and the lower insole are made of cotton, which is more comfortable to wear and will not deform.

Step 5: You can properly sew some patterns on the insole to make it more beautiful, and you can also distinguish the front and back of the insole.

Step 6: This step is to wrap the edge of the insole with wrapping strips. We should start the wrapping operation from the back of the insole, fold the edge back for packaging, and finally fix it with a bead needle, and then start to align with the front for packaging.

Step 7: After both shoes are wrapped with edge strips, the insole is ready. You can try it on to see if it fits. If it doesn't match, make some changes.
