Introduction of Shandong Art College:

Shandong Art College was founded in 1958. It is one of the independent undergraduate art colleges in China, the only comprehensive art college in Shandong Province, and a university jointly established by the Shandong Provincial People's Government and the Ministry of Culture.

After 59 years of construction and development, it has become an art college with complete disciplines, high school level, profound cultural background and superior school conditions, and plays an important role in Shandong art education and talent training.

At present, it is a famous school with applied talents training characteristics in Shandong Province, the construction unit of the "Golden Seed" incubator project for cultural and creative talents and industrial talents in Shandong Province, the demonstration base for college students' innovation and entrepreneurship in Shandong Province, the research base for Qilu traditional music inheritance, the high-level talent training base for traditional operas in Shandong Province, the research base for music culture, the research center for cultural and creative industries and management, and the research base for folk art in Shandong Province.

The school has two campuses, Wendong and Changqing, of which Changqing campus covers an area of 1200 mu. At present, there are 13 teaching units, including Conservatory of Music, Academy of Fine Arts, Academy of Drama and Film, Academy of Music Education, School of Design, School of Art Management, Academy of Dance, Academy of Drama, School of Media, College of Vocational Education, College of Adult Education, College of International Art Exchange and Department of Public Education.

At present, there are more than 700 full-time college students 10300 and graduate students.
