Reasons for China's efforts to increase the proportion of non-fossil energy consumption

3. Actively building a green and low-carbon energy system has become a global consciousness, and conservative renewable energy development goals may make China miss the opportunity of energy transformation and development.

4. The cost of technology-driven energy such as photovoltaic is rapidly decreasing, and it has the external conditions to replace traditional fossil energy. China's existing energy strategy lacks sufficient forward-looking understanding of the changing trend of technology-driven energy such as photovoltaic.
