What are some weighing gadgets for making food?
The first one that I personally would really, really like to get is a kitchen scale, which is a small scale that can accurately measure from zero grams to ten grams. This is very versatile, especially for making snack cakes and the like, it's highly utilized and won't get dusty when you buy it. If you love to bake, this is an essential tool, because basically all the baking recipe is labeled how many how many grams.
The second tool you want to buy - a kitchen thermometer, the kind with a needle that can be put into liquids and solids to measure the temperature. This one has a wide range of uses as well, not just for baking anymore, like making fries, you need it to measure the temperature of the oil as well, and any recipe that requires temperature control.
The third tool, a combination spatula and colander, is really handy. When we cook, we often need to separate the dry from the wet, and with this spatula, you can stir-fry first, then fish up the vegetables, meat and such, without having to make a greasy mess like a single spatula, or take a separate colander and wash an extra tool.
Also some simple gadgets egg splitter, manual whisk and so on.
