Introduction to peasant painting

Peasant painting: a kind of popular painting, which is mostly made and appreciated by farmers themselves. 2. Means of expression: it has obvious regional characteristics, portrays folk images with gorgeous colors, exaggerated descriptions, profound themes and concise and lively styles, which fully embodies the characteristics of modern folk art;

3. Painting features: concise, vivid and gorgeous, with rich cultural background and modern artistic atmosphere, as well as high academic value and collection value. It expresses the love and pursuit of China farmers for a new life, praises their ever-changing beautiful hometown, and is filled with the simple, kind and heroic feelings of Sanqin farmers.

4. Peasant painting towns: Nanjing Liuhe, Anhui Xiaoxian, Shaanxi Huxian, Jiangxi Yongfeng, Jiangsu Pixian and other places.
