1, Tiramisu, a famous dessert in Italy, originated from a warm story: during World War II, the wife of an Italian soldier planned to prepare dry food for her husband who was about to go to war, but because her family was poor, she put all the biscuits and bread she could eat into a cake, and that cake was Tiramisu. So Tiramisu means "take me away" in Italian, which symbolizes that people who eat not only delicious food, but also love and happiness.

3.Amaretti, also known as "biscotti amaretti", is an Italian cake with high sweetness, and it is one of the traditional western-style cakes (meringue, a kind of cake made of protein as the main material, with smooth taste as the biggest feature). Because the ingredients are a lot of light sugar and almond powder, rather than wheat flour which will increase the weight of the cake, it can present a lighter and more crisp taste than biscuits. Traditionally, the only materials for making cookies or biscuits are butter, margarine and shortening (various animal fats or natural vegetable oils with high saturation added to make the finished product taste crisp), but this Italian almond cake will also be mixed with a certain proportion of bitter almond powder as one of the raw materials, thus its name implies.

Lady Finger, a famous Italian dim sum with the same name as Tiramisu, is a biscuit, but it contains no oil, so it tastes as sweet and soft as sponge cake. No wonder the British call it "Ms Finger". Mrs Finger's name means "Savoy's biscuit" in Italian (Savoy family, the predecessor of the kingdom of Sardinia in Italy. It was founded in 14 16 and died in 1720), so many Italians call it "Sava" directly. In addition to being eaten directly, lady finger has a wide range of uses-for example, it can be used to make the bottom of sandwich cakes such as Tiramisu, and it can also be used as a border decoration on other kinds of cakes.

5.Bonet cocoa-flavored Italian chocolate pudding is a famous product in Turin and a permanent dessert on the dessert menu of Italian restaurants. Its biggest feature is the use of broken Italian almond cakes and French almond cakes (macaroon, a famous French almond cake).
