On Chinese and western veterinarians

I haven't written for a long time, because my mind is exhausted. It coincides with the recent eventful autumn, and I have a lot of experience. Let's leave it.

Things have to start with the study of Chinese medicine this semester. I originally chose the direction of Chinese veterinary medicine, and I am also studying the whole set of western veterinary medicine. I often talk about the combination of Chinese and western, and find that slogan and reality are two different things. Everyone has a subjective tendency. The study of Chinese veterinary medicine is based on the theory of Chinese veterinary medicine. For those who also study western medicine, the first foothold is the theory of western medicine. Of course, we can't simply say, which is better, Chinese medicine or western medicine? This issue has been debated for nearly a hundred years, and its complexity can be seen. But one thing is certain, they must be effective and have their own advantages. Advantages mean disadvantages. I want to talk about my recent experience from both positive and negative aspects.

Case 1 I didn't sleep well at night a while ago and had a fever. I gave myself a dialectic. Recently, I have played too much basketball, my waist and knees are sore, and there are more yin injuries. Often nocturnal emission, weak body, often insist on self-study. This is the deficiency of liver and kidney, which leads to the deficiency of heart and blood. Need to nourish yin and reduce fire, nourish the heart and soothe the nerves, then insomnia will heal itself. Self-made prescription: polygala tenuifolia 12g cortex albizziae 12g Polygoni Multiflori Radix, 20g Radix Paeoniae Alba, 16g Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 30g Poria, 16g Rhizoma Chuanxiong, 12g Radix Glycyrrhizae, 10g (Rhizoma Anemarrhenae,/kloc-0

Take one dose three times, and the effect is very good. The medicine I caught for the second time hasn't been boiled yet. This one is more clear about the information collected by itself, so it is more successful. Of course, some people gave it to others, and the dosage was unclear, which caused many unrealistic things and gained the reputation of quack. Because of this, when I write my own prescription, I have a better grasp of the dose! (Collect information extensively)

Case 2: Su Yu's body is heavy with fire, and she gets angry most easily. Oral ulcer pharyngitis is often visited, and it is miserable! I studied the basic theory of Chinese veterinary medicine, watched the series "Illness is my own life" by Liu Taiyi, and listened to some viewpoints of dietotherapy. I reflected on my previous practice. There are indeed many disadvantages in diet. There are too many things that get angry and too few light things. Want a reasonable mix: barbecue, frying, spicy away, liquor and beer should be cautious, there must be vegetables every day, drink plenty of water, and eat breakfast on time. In the past two months, although I lost weight, I didn't feel anything unusual. The point is that I have never had oral ulcer or pharyngitis, which is unbelievable. But what's unpleasant is that my diet has been a little messy recently and I'm a little upset. It was very spicy and hot when I went out the other day, so I haven't eaten fish yet. When I came back, I felt my gums were sore and swollen. I thought something was blocked. I brushed my toothbrush several times. Maybe it was worn out. Unexpectedly, I couldn't sleep for a painful night. The next day, it is more difficult to eat and swallow. For two days, I ate very little, slept badly, looked depressed and looked haggard.

From the point of view of traditional Chinese medicine, periodontitis is caused by heat entering lewd blood, and the heat of Yangming meridian and stomach meridian is the easiest (in my case). So if you eat less, you choose a light diet, and you don't use a traditional Chinese medicine that clears away heat and detoxifies, so you want to adjust it through diet therapy. As a result, the effect is minimal, and the pain is still unbearable and it is difficult to eat. At this time, I wondered: I eat very little, and then clearing away heat and detoxifying may not hurt my spleen and stomach. In addition, how to get quick results is really uncertain. But in this way, he stubbornly refused to use anti-inflammatory, analgesic, antibacterial and other western medicines, and then entered the blind circle of China veterinarians.

Finally, I really couldn't help it. Went to the stomatology department and was diagnosed with periodontitis. 15 yuan washed it and prescribed some 10 yuan drugs, which are nothing more than anti-inflammatory and analgesic+antibiotics: spiramycin, triamcinolone acetonide and metronidazole file. It really works quickly. I ate one at noon, and the inflammation was relieved a lot. After three courses of treatment, I almost recovered. This lesson deeply triggered my mind and my thinking. As far as Chinese medicine is concerned, it is heat entering lewd blood, clearing away heat and toxic materials, reducing swelling and removing blood stasis; For western medicine, it is an infection of a class of inflammatory bacteria such as Staphylococcus aureus and Streptococcus, which can be surrounded by broad-spectrum antibiotics. In palliative care, western medicine really has the upper hand, with obvious effect, which embodies its own advantages.

Saints can't be cured without treating diseases, and they must ask for the root of the disease. The strengths of traditional Chinese medicine are health, syndrome differentiation, flexible application and conditioning, and health is noble and upright; The advantage of western medicine is to kill life, treat diseases according to the symptoms, apply dogma, kill life, and kill improper evil spirits. But there are times when the adjustment is not good or when the effect is not obvious? In the same way, there will be situations where you can't die, and there will be drug resistance? So what should we do? Could it be that Chinese medicine didn't kill, or western medicine didn't live? Of course, both Chinese medicine and western medicine have life and death, and life and death are two opposites of things that are interrelated, unified and interdependent. No one can live without them, but their priorities are different. For example, traditional Chinese medicines for clearing away heat, toxic materials and expelling insects. But the focus is on the relationship between body and nature, reflecting the internal factors of things, emphasizing the power of "people" and highlighting macro subjectivity; Another example is the various theories derived from the physiology and immunology of western medicine, but the focus is on the relationship between the body and things, reflecting the external factors of things, emphasizing the power of "things", which is more microscopic and objective.

There is a combination between the two companies, and there is an inevitable requirement of "mutual cooperation and common development", taking into account the strengths of the two companies and making up for their shortcomings. The combination of Chinese and western is the only way. Although there was a "dispute between China and the West" as early as the end of the Qing Dynasty, it is still inconclusive. I think that if destroyed, no one can live alone. That is effective and that is flawed, both of which need to be improved and used for reference. It's easy for China people to understand Chinese medicine, but they haven't been able to come up with a set of comprehensive feasibility standards, such as FDA, which makes it impossible to be widely recognized internationally. This is a big injury, that is, the modernization of Chinese medicine. Without this difficulty, we can't make great strides and carry forward. Western medicine is really effective, but how to solve the problem of drug resistance by blindly emphasizing killing? Some people say that this makes the production of new drugs much faster than the development of drug resistance? But what is the truth? In addition, it is difficult to have a good means to conquer cancer, if you just kill it blindly. Dialectical materialism tells us that everything has its limits.

Finally, I want to make it clear that Chinese medicine and western medicine should not be too intoxicated with their own strengths, but should tolerate each other with a broader mind. As far as China is concerned, Chinese medicine is the body and western medicine is the use, each with its own strengths and shortcomings. They are yin and yang, lips and teeth, they are a family, they will be a family. The predecessors have said a lot about these principles, and they have also said them thoroughly, but how many people have really done it? I'm afraid not many people do it, and no one dares to say it. Unity of knowledge and practice, even unity of knowledge and practice, is difficult to practice. I dare not say anything else. Personally, I often have the idea of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine, but the real practice is still confined to the circle of Chinese medicine. Of course, I am a nobody, and I feel very ashamed. I just want to explain that theory and practice are two different things, and it is difficult to truly unify them in real life. Most of us are covered with hypocrisy. Such a thing really makes people feel the hardships of the road. However, don't be discouraged. If the transition from the primary stage of socialism to capitalism will eventually be realized, then the road of combining traditional Chinese and western medicine will be realized.

Writing here, I thought of a word "harmony". Isn't everything harmonious? Disagreement will lead to a lot of trouble. Can it be inferred that any discordant regime will not last long? It can be seen that our general secretary Hu is so far-sighted and prepared for a rainy day. During the Cold War, the United States and the Soviet Union fought, and finally the Soviet Union disintegrated and the United States dominated. What about the next few decades? Isn't there a financial crisis? Isn't there a dominant factor in this? Marx told us that the world is developing and connected. Chairman Mao said that the development of things is the result of contradictions and struggles, and it is the objective requirement of internal and external unity of things. And our secretary Hu expounded this view more deeply. Harmony is also the last word now (learn from Grandpa Deng's). Haha, so, have I studied "Scientific Outlook on Development" deeply? Truth is a universal objective law. Even so, what about saving lives? Although things are different, things happen for a reason.

My friend said that I was too sensitive to study medicine. If I don't study, I will be fine. If I do, I will feel uncomfortable all over. Sensitivity really has a great influence on me and brings a lot of inconvenience. I'm trying to get over it, too Everyone is not born to do one thing, and I am trying to correct it. Now I find that it is because of my sensitivity that many ideas and passions have been derived. Although I spend a lot of time fooling around, I enjoy it: I love to try, dare to think and try. An honourable death is better than a disgraceful life. In the face of failures and lessons, I have learned a lot and grown a lot, whether I am a person or doing things. I am glad that I have learned to think, but I am sad that rational thinking and perceptual thinking still have a long way to go.

The revolution has not yet succeeded, comrades still need to work hard!

This article is purely a statement, and the irony is greater than the fact. Talk about entertainment, don't take it seriously.
