How to install uv board on the wall

1. First of all, cover the wall with a base, commonly used are 3mm plywood, joinery board, and even better, fireproof glass-magnesium board. Nail them to the wall with air nails and clean the boards with sandpaper.

2. Saw the board, and saw the UV board into small pieces according to actual needs.

3. Chamfering: chamfer the four sides of the UV panel to be installed at 45 degrees with a chamfering machine. According to the actual installation requirements, some just need to chamfer up and down or on three sides.

4. Clean the back of UV board, and clean the back of UV board with sandpaper and rag.

5. Apply universal glue or woodworking glue evenly on the back of the UV board, then stick the UV board flat on the wall, and then gently pat the UV board with your hands to make the UV board firmly stick on the wall.

6. Adjust the water-soluble caulking material, then fill the caulking material at the intersection of two UV panels at a 45-degree angle, fill it up first, and then gently cut it vertically with a wooden board from the intersection at a 45-degree angle, so that the intersection at a 45-degree angle will look good.

7. Clean the surface of the UV board and remove the excess joint filler.
