Footwear products meet the above replacement conditions due to quality problems. When the operator does not have the same model and the same product, the consumer can request to exchange other footwear products or return them. When replacing other footwear products, we should refund more and make up less according to the price of the exchanged goods. After replacing the same model product, if there are still quality problems in the same part before replacement, the operator shall return it according to the purchase price of the consumer and refund the payment in one lump sum.

3. If the clothes purchased by consumers are not satisfied with the design, specifications and varieties within three days (foreign service 10), they can be replaced free of charge as long as they have not been used. If there are no similar products, consumers should return them for free.

Under the following circumstances, the consumer has the right to ask the dealer to bear the responsibility of three guarantees.
