What is the difference between a 7-speed CVT and a CVT CVT?

Continuously variable transmission is also known as CVT. From the looks of it alone, CVTs are very similar to automatics in that they both use inline gears.

If disassembled and viewed from the inside, the biggest difference between the two is in the transmission chain, the transmission chain of the automatic is a gear set of gears, so sometimes you can obviously feel the stutter when you are driving in normal times.

While the CVT is not a gear set transmission, the CVT uses a steel transmission chain, so it can transmit strong power when shifting, and minimize power loss and wear as well as noise while bursting into high torque.
