What is Kendama
Kendama Kendama, also known as Kendama, is a traditional Japanese game that is itself based on the French game 'Bilbokai' meaning cup and ball. Bilbokai was the first real toy to be avidly pursued in the early 18th century (since Bilbokai itself dates back to around the 11th century). Originally a cup and a ball, the Bilboquet soon evolved into a ball with a hole.
?Bilboquet was originally styled as a cup with a ball attached to a string underneath, with the cup catching the ball.Bilboquet was a popular game in France at the time.Bilboquet originated in the 11th century, and prior to 1700 Bilboquet was originally a cup and a ball, but Bilboquet was stylized again! Bilboquet evolved into a ball with a hole in it, attached to a wooden stick by a string. The tip of the stick could be used to insert the ball, and the bottom of the stick was a cup-shaped dish. This improvement in the shape of the Bilboquet greatly increased the difficulty and playability. At that time, the French loved to play Bilboquet.
? Bilboquet later spread to Japan, where it was a popular after-dinner entertainment during the Edo period (early 17th century). During 1918 (Taisho period) the Japanese improved the shape of the Bilboquet by adding additional designs on the cups, which is the shape of the kendama as it is known today: wooden tip-large dish-medium dish-small dish-wire and holes for the ball.
Also gave Bilboquet a new name "Sun and Moon" until recent times was renamed: けん玉 (KENDAMA) its English KENDAMA pronunciation is also from the Japanese けん玉's transliteration. KENDAMA is also a variety of styles, and in recent years in order to produce a fair game production design of the game-specific KENDAMA is the Japan KENDAMA is the Japan KENDAMA is the Japan Kendama. KENDAMA is recognized by the Japan Sword and Jade Association model labeled with the Association's LOGO.
