However, on the revolutionary cusp of new energy vehicles, we seem to have distanced ourselves from the general public, and even felt a little carnival alone. Why do you feel this way? This interview with Circuit gave me the answer.

Before the grand planning of electric road, I thought that new energy vehicles had successfully entered the market. After all, both its test drive experience and friends and colleagues around it have taken this car seriously. However, I walked the whole coast, interviewed hundreds of people, visited countless charging piles, and investigated the proportion of new energy vehicles on the spot. I found that there is still a long way to go before people fully accept new energy vehicles. This distance is embodied in the following aspects.

It does have physical shortcomings.

As far as all new energy vehicles on the market at present are concerned, compared with fuel vehicles, they really lack universality. Even if new energy vehicles do better in some aspects, such as acceleration, sound insulation and noise suppression, OTA sustainable upgrade and so on. There are too many comprehensive problems, such as its endurance, quality reliability and even battery safety.

Understanding with ordinary people's thinking, some experiences of new energy vehicles are better, but they are just icing on the cake. Although the experience of the fuel car is not perfect, it can at least complete all the functions of the vehicle. In this way, new energy vehicles are naturally not a safe choice.

New energy vehicles are too "new"

Are you willing to spend 2000 yuan on a new concept mobile phone? I believe many people are willing. Are you willing to spend hundreds of thousands on a brand-new concept car? I guess you're already hesitating. Although new energy vehicles have been busy for a long time, there is still little feedback from real users at present, so the concept of new energy vehicles is actually rather vague.

I haven't been exposed to the charm of OTA, excellent acceleration ability and fast dynamic response ... On the contrary, the most widely spread contact is where spontaneous combustion occurs, new energy vehicles can't be sold second-hand, and even batteries have radiation ... This is how misunderstandings arise.

Incomplete supporting facilities

It should be noted that the imperfect charging facilities do not mean that there are fewer charging columns laid. On the contrary, what many people don't know is that the country's enthusiasm for laying charging piles is actually very high, so high that the number of new charging piles in the country is amazing every day. However, from the historical development, the charging facilities are still in the barbaric growth period, and many standard problems have not been solved.

For example, there are too many people entering the charging pile group, which leads to the charging pile group of each brand being fragmented. If consumers want to charge at will, at least a dozen corresponding charging software should be prepared. In addition, the unclear information of charging pile group is also a big problem. The data obtained by different software is completely different, and even after arriving at the destination, there may be a situation of "no such pile", and the experience is very bad.

The charging experience is inconvenient.

The fact that the charging time of new energy vehicles really affects the rhythm, even with the current fast charging technology, it takes at least half an hour. It may be fine if you don't worry about using the car every day, but the pace will be forced to slow down when you are on the road, and the experience of replenishing energy is not very good. In addition, there is no large-scale entry into the charging pile, which reduces the experience of new energy owners. Every time I go out to charge, I have to wait for the site to be full before I go home, which is a waste of time.

The existing environment cannot be compensated by new energy vehicles, which is a big problem. This is also the core of the problem that more and more charging piles still cannot be solved after being rolled out. It can be recharged, but the time-consuming experience is not good.

What are the problems?

These are the places where most people are worried about new energy vehicles. Calm down and think about it. Are these questions all questions? No, from the physical shortcomings, there are indeed some new energy vehicles that do not give a perfect experience, but there are also many models that do well in all aspects, but the prices are relatively high.

Secondly, with the development of time, these problems can be solved to a great extent in terms of concept communication, perfect supporting facilities and charging experience of new energy vehicles. For example, concept communication and supporting facilities can be gradually spread out through time, and the charging experience, especially the duration, can be charged at zero time cost as long as private charging piles are laid reasonably. It can be seen that many "problems" in the use of new energy vehicles are only current problems and can be solved by means in the end.

However, in the face of endurance and safety issues, there are still not many people willing to try these details.

If new energy vehicles can give more consumers in terms of product strength, such as cruising range, cost performance, terminal price and brand premium. Then when it has a point that obviously surpasses the fuel car, I believe that more and more people will accept it.
