Teachers should only care about whether students learn to be human, whether they learn to know, in teaching should be based on the principle of truth, goodness, beauty, and finally knowledge of such a principle to teach and educate people, must put moral education in the first place, to cultivate students a correct outlook on life and the world.

"A teacher, not in how many books he reads and how many years he teaches, but in how many books he reads and teaches by heart." There is a world of difference between teaching by heart and innovation and repetition. Thus, a teacher's life should also be creative. Every year the grass is green in the spring and different from year to year. And the same is true for our students, because there are differences between people, so education should be geared to all students, but also respect the individual characteristics of each student. The purpose of teaching students according to their aptitude is to mobilize the learning enthusiasm and initiative of each student, so that each student can develop actively and vividly. In the organization of teaching in the whole teaching, group teaching and individual teaching combined; in the education process, the implementation of the principle of individual treatment, the pursuit of a key to open a lock. Students are like a tender little flower seedlings, but each one has a different and attractive. Therefore, it is more necessary to use different methods with love to water, care.

In my future work, I should reflect the new ideology and educational concepts in the ordinary cause of teaching and educating people; I should reflect the reform and development of the ideological point of view of their own work in practice; will be pioneering and innovative consciousness in the training of students to achieve success.
