How to do a good job in traditional sports schools in the new period

To run a traditional sports school well, I think the following conditions are needed:

First, leaders attach importance to it.

The success or failure of a school is directly related to the leadership. The first condition for doing a good job in traditional sports is the understanding and attention of school leaders. All leaders who have high awareness and attention have done a good job; On the other hand, it may or may not work. Second, the teaching staff.

With the attention and support of leaders, the activities of traditional events depend on physical education teachers, so there must be a capable, enterprising, professional and hard-working team. At present, it is very important to be willing to work hard. Under the condition of socialist market economy, it is of great significance to bear hardships and stand hard work for training "four haves" construction talents and sports reserve talents for the country. The experience of many well-run traditional sports schools and the advanced models of old teachers all illustrate this truth. Therefore, without a willing physical education teacher, it is absolutely impossible to run a traditional project school.

Third, training time.

1. In physical education, on the premise of ensuring the completion of the tasks and requirements of the Outline, the teaching hours of the selected textbooks in the Outline will be increased to traditional events, so that the teaching hours of traditional events in all grades will be increased to 50% (our school is a track and field event) and the ball events will be increased to 40%. In teaching, it is necessary to strengthen the teaching and training of basic knowledge and skills of traditional projects, and arrange a certain time for traditional project practice in each class. Traditional projects should account for one or two items each semester; When evaluating students' sports achievements, traditional events should account for 40%-50%.

2. In terms of extracurricular sports activities, there are three extracurricular sports activities every week, including two traditional events. Every semester, the traditional project "activity month" will be arranged for all teachers and students to participate. The school has made a decision that the class teacher and PE teacher must be present to organize and lead the traditional project activities, and the PE teacher will be in charge of checking and scoring.

The results should be published every week, and the mid-term summary and final summary appraisal are listed as one of the conditions for selecting advanced collectives.

3. In the competition activities, the school not only holds large-scale track and field games in spring and autumn every year, but also holds individual competitions of many traditional events every semester, and usually carries out various small-scale competitions among groups, classes and grades, twice a week for each class and twice a month for single or multiple competitions at the school level.

Fourth, the site equipment

The sports funds allocated by schools every year should first consider the basic needs of traditional projects for venues and equipment. The funds allocated by superiors should also be earmarked for special purposes. In addition, the existing equipment and venues of the school should be managed and maintained by special personnel, and the utilization rate of equipment and venues should be exerted as much as possible to meet the needs of developing traditional projects. We must do a good job in the so-called "three-level team", including class team, grade team and school team (there must be a second echelon in the school team). Under the guidance of the sports teaching and research group, the class team mainly relies on the class teacher, sports committee members and school team members for team counseling, and usually uses extracurricular activities and morning exercises for training. The grade team is organized and trained by the PE teachers (including other teachers with sports expertise) in the grade class. The school team sends PE teachers with strong professionalism, familiarity with business and strong teaching ability to take up the training work. Students who take part in amateur training should ensure that their academic performance will not be affected. If it is found that some team members are not grasping their studies tightly and their grades are declining, the PE teacher should report to the class teacher or subject teacher in time and ask them to strengthen counseling. Any class left behind in the competition should be made up in time. Anyone who fails any course will be sent back to class. After passing the make-up exam, you can follow the class and train with the team.

1. Schools should take the development of traditional project activities as one of the important conditions for selecting advanced class collectives.

5. Other organizations in the school, such as politics, teaching, youth league, student union, etc., should cooperate, make concerted efforts, and support and cooperate with traditional projects.
