Home-cooked roast chicken practice daquan
1. Material preparation: 500g of Sanhuang chicken, 5g of cooking wine,15g of soy sauce, 30g of soy sauce, 7g of onion, 7g of ginger slices, 3g of salt, 3g of sugar, 3g of pepper noodles, 0g of oyster sauce10g, 3g of pepper noodles, 3g of spiced powder, and 3g of pepper powder. The specific steps are as follows: first, remove the head, claws and buttocks of Sanhuang chicken. As shown in the figure below.
2. Break the back bone, as shown in the figure below.
3. Pour in cooking wine, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, scallion, ginger slices, salt, sugar, Chili noodles, oyster sauce, pepper noodles and spiced powder, as shown in the following figure.
4. Then knead well, as shown in the figure below.
5. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for one night, as shown below.
6. Put a little less oil in the pot and fry the chicken skin first.
7. Cover the fire and fry slowly 10 minutes.
8. Turn over and cover again, and fry for 10 minutes.
9. Dry and cut into pieces.
