How to use traditional wind drift
Wind drift, also known as soft foot drift, is a kind of large single drift. It was invented in Hubei in the 1940s, and was accepted and used by some fishermen in Henan, Hebei, Shandong and other provinces and cities in the 1950s. In the 1960s and 1970s, it was quietly popular in the north and south of China when fishing was not allowed. Today, many traditional fishermen are still widely used.
At the Shanghai Fishing Gear Fair in May, 2004, this cheap float not only had several booths on the playground where traditional fishing gear was displayed, but also some booths were crowded into the hanging fishing exhibition hall and sold side by side with the elegant hanging fishing series floats, which was very popular among traditional fishermen and small and medium-sized fishing gear vendors.
