The Difference Between Noodle and Rolled Noodle

The difference between rice noodle and rolled noodle lies in the shape and the way it is made.

Enema is a traditional Cantonese delicacy made of rice milk, steamed and rolled into thin slices, usually served with soy sauce, sweet noodle sauce and other condiments. And rolled vermicelli is a kind of Sichuan specialty snack, made of pea flour, by boiling and then skewered with bamboo sticks, shaped like a roll, usually served with seasonings such as chili oil and pepper powder. The texture of the intestinal noodles is soft and tender, while the rolled noodles are more chewy. While rice is the main ingredient in Chinese rice noodle, pea flour is the main ingredient in rolled noodle. In the process of making rice noodle, you need to steam the rice paste and then roll it into pieces, while the rolled noodle is made by boiling the pea flour and then stringing it up.
