Authentic Laba porridge is made of the following materials:
Raw materials: 30g of rice, 30g of millet, 30g of glutinous rice, 30g of coix seed, 30g of adzuki bean, 30g of mung bean, 50g of red kidney bean, 40g of lotus seed, 20g of jujube, 30g of longan pulp, 30g of peanut kernel and 50g of corn grits.
