Discuss the disadvantages of enterprises in China.

A: At present, the disadvantages of China enterprises are mainly manifested in the following aspects:

(1) Do not understand the rules and methods of international procurement.

The traditional purchasing mode of China enterprises has the following problems: first, there is no effective information communication between the purchasing and supplying parties, and the information is blocked, which is a typical game process of information asymmetry, and purchasing has become a blind behavior; Second, it is impossible to control the quality and delivery date of suppliers' products in advance, and economic disputes continue; Second, the relationship between supply and demand is temporary or short-term cooperation, and competition is more than cooperation; Fourth, the ability to respond to users' needs is slow; Fifth, profit-driven, black-box operation, easy to produce corruption; Sixth, there is no clear procurement plan, lack of analysis of procurement needs, and the procurement is very arbitrary. There is a lack of necessary communication and cohesion between departments and detailed market research.

(2) Purchasing management has not risen to the strategic height of the company's survival.

Enterprises do not attach importance to procurement management, and do not take procurement strategy and the selection and evaluation criteria of partners (third-party service providers) as part of the overall strategy of enterprises.

(3) Group enterprises' decentralized procurement ignores the maximization of overall interests.

In some large enterprise groups, the initial mode is unified procurement by full-time procurement departments. With the growth of the company group, many subsidiaries began to organize their own procurement, especially in the group companies that implement comprehensive accounting. It is very common for subsidiaries to purchase on their own without being satisfied with unified procurement.

(4) Enterprises lack effective tools and information platforms for procurement tracking, evaluation, analysis and scientific decision-making.

What kind of procurement is in line with the interests of enterprises? What is the reasonable purchase price? How to implement effective supervision and inspection in the environment of purchasing shadow? How to control beforehand rather than remedy afterwards? And so on are the problems that plague managers every day. The fundamental reason is that an effective tool has not been found to track, evaluate, analyze and make scientific decisions on procurement.

(5) The service industry and infrastructure are not adapted to the needs of international procurement, and the economic system and trade policy need to be further improved.

In finance, securities, insurance, exhibition and other related services, as well as transportation conditions, logistics and distribution capacity and other infrastructure, it can not meet the needs of international procurement, the trade promotion system is not perfect enough, and the information service system is not perfect enough.

(6) The comprehensive quality of enterprises is still relatively low.

In the era of economic globalization and informatization, it is mainly reflected in five aspects: time (T), quality (Q), cost (C), service (S) and flexibility (F). The response to the market is slow, the quality and service are poor, the cost is high, and the flexibility needs to be strengthened. To change these five conditions, we must further improve the overall quality of enterprises.
