During the Ming Dynasty, the Lin family inherited and improved this practice, and found the best companion of sliced pork soup-bittern tofu pill, which played a finishing touch and was called "barbecue". Therefore, the founder of our store was named as "Cooked Meat Family" and first moved around Chenmendou. It flourished for a while and was later destroyed by the war.
