Everyone has their own skills. My skill is to fry crispy eggs. I learned this skill last week.

A few days ago, I saw my mother's fried eggs not only golden in color, but also crispy and delicious. I envy it. So I also want to learn to fry eggs. So I asked my mother how to fry eggs, and then I soon began to learn how to fry eggs. Like my mother, I first heated the oil until it smoked, then broke the eggs and put them in the pot. I saw the oil splashing everywhere, alas! A geothermal oil exploded into my hand. I quickly wiped the oil with my sleeve and rummaged it with a shovel. The oil stopped exploding, but the eggs were broken. Alas! My beautiful eggs are not fried well. But I didn't lose heart. I put on my gloves and started frying eggs again. This time, after I put the eggs in the pot, I put the salt first, and then carefully turned it over with a shovel, not afraid of oil hitting my gloves. Soon I fried both sides of the egg into golden brown. I quickly shoveled out the eggs and tasted them. Wow! Delicious on earth! After my mother tasted it, she praised me for my good cooking. I am happier than eating honey, and I have an unspeakable taste!

By frying eggs, I understand that as long as I work hard and think hard, I will be a great success!
