There should be people who really love the countryside to do rural education. Why can the headmaster take root in the countryside to engage in education? Because he loves this career. Why did President Yang Qishan have the opportunity to be a teacher in the province, but he has been sticking to rural schools for more than 30 years? Therefore, only those who truly love the countryside can do a good job in rural education.

We need an organized and systematic national action to let people who love rural education take their families to work in the countryside for a period of time and provide them with better conditions. Now many young people are willing to stop working in the countryside for a while, and some social elites and returnees are willing. I think there is still a lack of a better platform and path.
