For example: LCD 20ms response speed can support 50Hz refresh rate, 16ms can support 60Hz refresh rate, 14ms can support 70Hz refresh rate. Of course, this is only the most basic support, if you want to display more, the need for faster LCD response rate. Therefore, traditional LCD monitors only support the minimum 60/50Hz refresh rate. It is recommended to look at the monitor's manual to see if the monitor supports 70Hz display, if it does, it is possible that because of the accelerated response of the liquid crystal, 70Hz is its optimal operating frequency, while 60Hz is only for compatibility with the traditional parameters, so it results in a 70Hz effect better than 60Hz.
