China "rope king" Hu Pingsheng said "life-killing knife" skipping rope is what? How to play?

"Desperate Knife" is a traditional skipping competition in China.

Hu Pingsheng, the "King of China Jumping Rope" in those days, was a master of "killing knife". In order to inherit this sport, he resolutely resigned at the age of 50, set up Hu Pingsheng Studio, and began to dig and sort out the "killing knives".

After 10 years' efforts, we have not only cultivated a group of inheritors of the "knife killing" movement, but also innovated the technical movements such as "dragon flower" and revised the rules of "knife killing" to meet the requirements of modern sports competitions and become the official competition of the national skipping competition.

Five actions to kill a knife:

(1) Double flying straight jump: jump once, shake the rope directly with both hands, skip the top of your head and pass under your feet to bypass your body for two weeks, which is called double flying straight jump for short.

(2) Double Fast Flower Jump: Jump once, two hand ropes jump over your head, pass under your feet and bypass your body for two weeks. In the first week, you shake it directly, and in the second week, you cross your arms and weave flowers, which is called double fast flower jump, or "fast flower" for short.

(3) Double-flying flower jump: once, two hand ropes jump over the top of the head, pass under the feet and bypass the body for two weeks. In the first week, the two arms cross and weave flowers, and in the second week, they shake them directly, which is called "double-flying flower-pulling jump".

(4) Double-flying Phoenix Flower Jump: jump once, and weave flowers and shake your body for two weeks with your arms crossed (that is, make a double-flying Phoenix Flower Jump), which is called Double-flying Phoenix Flower Jump, or "Phoenix Flower" for short.

(5) Double flying dragon jump: jump once, jump over the top of your head with both hands and pass under your feet. Walk around the body for two weeks. In the first week, my arms crossed to weave flowers and shook my body. In the second week, the arms are transposed up and down, and then cross-weaved to shake the body. That is, in the first week, the left arm is above and the right arm is below (or the right arm is above and the left arm is below). In the second week, the right arm is above and the left arm is below (or the left arm is above and the right arm is below).
