I'm proud, I'm from China is one of the representative works of contemporary poet Wang Huairang. This poem expresses the poet's strong patriotism. The author Wang Huairang died in Zhengzhou at 20: 45 on April 7, 2009 at the age of 67.

Wang Huairang, born on May 6th, 1942, was born in Zhengqian Village, wulongkou Town, Jiyuan City. 1966 was admitted to the Chinese Department of Henan University. He used to be the editorial board member, director of literature and art department and senior editor of Henan Daily.

Contemporary poet, member of Chinese Writers Association, member of Chinese Dramatists Association, vice chairman of Henan Writers Association, president of Henan Poetry Society, visiting professor of Zhengzhou University, enjoying special allowance from the State Council. He died of illness in Zhengzhou at 20: 45 on April 7, 2009 at the age of 67.
