Introduction of Brewery Engineering

Brewery engineering is a comprehensive discipline that is based on chemistry, biology and engineering, and studies the art of brewing, distillation, storage, blending, tasting and appreciation of alcohol, and marketing concepts, and is a unification of scientific theories and applied technologies, and a cross-section of science and engineering.

The specialty aims to focus on the cultivation and planting of special wine grapes, wine making and tasting, corporate governance and marketing with the concept of modern agricultural industrialization, and to cultivate people who can control modern wine grape planting technology and principles, the art and science of fine wine making, wine tasting and appreciation, winery planning and conception, corporate governance and product marketing theory and skills, as well as new technology drilling and research, and new product marketing theory and skills.
