What are the characteristics of the steering system structure of the car?

The steering system of automobile is mainly composed of three parts: steering transmission system, steering crossbar, straight pull rod and power steering hydraulic system. IM integrated circulating ball power steering gear is installed in the steering system. The steering gear has advanced structure, stable performance, reliability and durability, and has the international advanced level. The tie rod is located behind the front axle and connected with the left and right steering lower arms of the front axle to form a steering trapezoid. The front end of the steering straight tie rod is connected with the steering arm of the steering machine through a ball pin, and the rear end is connected with the steering upper arm of the left steering knuckle of the front axle through a ball pin.

The power steering hydraulic system consists of an oil storage tank, a hydraulic pump and an integral power steering machine. The power of the hydraulic pump is provided by the engine and installed at the back end of the air compressor. Power is output to hydraulic pump through crankshaft of air compressor. The oil reservoir is filled on the right side of the hanging beam behind the cab, which is convenient for inspection and maintenance under the vehicle. A filter element is arranged in the oil cylinder; The air compressor drives the oil pump to rotate, the oil pumped by the oil pump is delivered to the steering gear, and the excess oil is delivered back to the oil injection port. The return oil of the steering gear is filtered by oil injection, then sucked away by the oil pump, and so on.
