Sweet potato pancake daquan
The production materials are one or two sweet potatoes, glutinous rice flour and sugar;
manufacturing method
Step 1: Peel two sweet potatoes, wash them, cut them into large pieces, and steam them in a pot. The thinner the slice, the faster it will cook.
Step 2: After steaming, press the sweet potato into mud, add a spoonful of sugar, without adding a little water, which can increase the number of sweet potatoes you like to eat.
Step 3: Add another spoonful of glutinous rice flour, because water is not needed, so the glutinous rice flour must be poured out and stirred at the same time. Stir well with the moisture of sweet potato.
Step 4: When the sweet potato and glutinous rice flour are completely blended into dough, it can be used.
Step 5: Rub the dough into a round strip, cut it into the same size as the dosage, and gently press it with your palm to make a small cake, as shown in the figure below. If there is stuffing around, you can also order red beans and purple potatoes, which will be more delicious. I didn't cook red beans, so I didn't wrap any stuffing.
Step 6: Pour half a box of pure milk into the bowl, and then put the cake into the pure milk until it is completely wet.
Step 7: Pour the bread crumbs into the basin, put the glutinous rice cakes stained with milk into the bread crumbs, and then wrap them with a layer of bread crumbs. Make all the sweet potato cakes in this order.
Step 8: Then pour some cooking oil into the pot. When the oil is burned to 70% maturity, put the cakes into the pot in turn. Deep-fried in medium fire until golden brown;
When fried to golden brown, you can take out the oil control rod and put it on the plate. Because of bread crumbs, the outer layer is crisp and the inner layer is soft and waxy. Delicious and chewy.
