The Decision of Gansu Provincial People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations has been deliberated and adopted at the 55th executive meeting of the provincial people's government on June 22nd 1997, and is hereby promulgated.

Decision of Gansu Provincial People's Government on Abolishing Some Government Regulations

In order to implement the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, according to the Notice of the State Council on Implementing the Administrative Punishment Law of the People's Republic of China, the provincial government organized relevant departments to clean up 337 government regulations related to specific administrative punishment or normative content issued by 1979 to 1996 in our province. After deliberation and adoption at the 55th executive meeting of the provincial government of1October 22nd 1997, it was decided to abolish the 1 12 regulation. The catalogue of abolished government regulations is now published as follows:
