Maotai-flavor liquor, also known as Maoxiang liquor, is represented by dozens of famous domestic and foreign liquors such as Maotai, Langjiu, Guotai Liquor, Ling Jun Liquor, Guijiu and Wangyitai Liquor, and belongs to Daqu liquor. Maotai-flavor liquor in Maotai Town is mainly divided into Daqu Khun Sa Maotai-flavor liquor, broken sand Maotai-flavor liquor, Fansha Maotai-flavor liquor and bran koji Maotai-flavor liquor. The low-priced Maotai-flavor wine sold in the market is mainly alcohol steamed (sand channeling) wine, not real Maotai-flavor wine.
Traditional Maotai-flavor liquor is Daqu Maotai-flavor liquor from Khun Sa. The national standard (GB/T 26760-20 1 1) clearly stipulates that Maotai-flavor liquor is brewed with sorghum, wheat and water as raw materials by traditional solid-state fermentation technology. This technology is used in the familiar Moutai! The lowest price of newly brewed liquor is 18 yuan/kg, and the price fluctuates by 5-7 yuan every year. For example, a kilo of five-year Maotai-flavor liquor (initial price 18 yuan+five-year × six-year floating price = 48 yuan) is the lowest price of five-year Maotai-flavor liquor.
