FYD split tower full hydraulic power head drilling rig

FYD-2200 split tower full hydraulic power head drilling rig was jointly developed by 3 13 Geological Team of Anhui Bureau of Geology and Mineral Resources and China Geological Equipment Corporation. This drilling rig combines the advantages of full hydraulic power head drilling rig and vertical shaft drilling rig at home and abroad. The drilling rig adopts split tower structure design, which changes the disadvantages of vehicle-mounted and mast structure during deep drilling and is suitable for construction in mountainous areas, hills and poor roads. The drilling rig adopts stepless speed change, with wide speed range and convenient operation; The drilling rig is designed with a long stroke (4.8m), which reduces the auxiliary time. The chuck of power head of drilling rig adopts dual-purpose structure of slip clamping and top drive, which avoids the problems of pressurization of shallow and deep drilling tools and clamping ability of hanging chuck in a single structure. The operating system of drilling rig realizes the digitalization of working parameters, the visualization of operation above and below the tower, and the remote monitoring of drilling site network, which is convenient for on-site safe operation and remote decision-making and command of managers. The drilling rig has the advantages of high automation, safe operation, good working environment and low labor intensity.

(A) the main structure of the drilling rig

FYD-2200 split tower full hydraulic power head drilling rig consists of four independent parts: main engine, power station, drilling tower and mud pump. The outline and structural arrangement of the drilling rig are shown in Figure 2-6.

The main drilling rig consists of gripper, power head, chuck, power head frame, mast, upper section of mast, mast bracket, underframe, underframe assembly, main winch, hydraulic system, operating table and other parts. The main engine of drilling rig is shown in Figure 2-7.

2. Power plants

The structure of the power station is shown in Figure 2-8. Its function is to provide hydraulic power source for the main engine, which is connected with the main engine through the quick-change connector. The power station is mainly composed of power station frame 1, electric control cabinet 2, oil temperature radiator 3, oil pump motor set 4, oil tank 5, main pump 6, coupling 7 and main motor 8.

3. Operating table and field studio

The drilling rig operating system realizes the digital display of parameters such as speed, pressure, torque, pump pressure and flow rate, and realizes the video operation on the tower and the working state on site. The website is equipped with a remote network transmission system. Workstation and field studio are shown in Figure 2-9.

Step 4 equip

SG-24A four-corner drilling rig is adopted, with a bearing capacity of 550kN.

5. Mud pump

Mud pump adopts BW300/ 12 type and is driven by split motor.

6. Rope coring winch

The rope coring winch is driven by split motor, and the fishing capacity reaches 3000 meters deep.

7. Drill pipe loosening system

Equipped with SQ 1 14/8 hydraulic power tongs.

(II) Main technical parameters of drilling rig

The main technical parameters of FYD-2200 split tower full hydraulic power head drilling rig are shown in Table 2-6.

(III) Application example of drilling rig

The Zhou Ji ZK 1725 hole in Huoqiu, Anhui Province used FYD-2200 split tower full hydraulic power head drilling rig for deep prospecting, with a depth of 2706.68m and a final aperture of Ф 77mm. In addition, in the NLSD- 1 hole construction of Duyunanling Scientific Drilling in Ganzhou, Jiangxi Province, a hole with a depth of 2967.83m and a final aperture of Ф 97mm was completed. The application shows that the rig has the following performance characteristics:

1) The drilling rig structure adopts split module design and the layout is reasonable. The whole drilling rig is divided into four independent parts: main engine, power station, drilling tower and mud pump, which is convenient for disassembly, relocation and transportation.

2) The heavy-duty 24m square pipe drilling rig can lift 18m stand, which saves 1/2 ~ 2/3 tripping time compared with mast drilling rigs that can only lift 9m and 6m stand.

3) The drilling process of the drilling rig is as long as 4.8m, which is suitable for wireline coring drill pipes and ordinary drill pipes with a length of 4.5m, saving drilling time. Compared with vertical drilling rig, the drilling time is 1/5 ~ 1/7 of vertical drilling rig.

4) The power head of the drilling rig can move the orifice longitudinally and transversely, and the orifice position is wide, which is convenient for tripping and coring operations.

5) The power head has a wide range of speed regulation, and the combination of mechanical gear shifting and hydraulic speed regulation can realize stepless speed change of 0 ~ 1200 r/min, and accurately control the speed of the power head.

6) The power head clamping system realizes the dual-purpose of chuck and top drive, and solves the problem that the chuck slips due to insufficient clamping force during shallow hole drilling with pressure and deep hole decompression.

7) The derrick can be added to the upper part of the slideway of the drilling rig, so that it can be used both with tower and without tower and with straight inclined hole.

8) The main drilling parameters are automatically collected and displayed on the operating platform, and the video images of the key operating parts above and below the tower body are displayed, so that the operation monitor can see the running state of the whole machine at a glance and enhance the safety of machine operation. At the same time, remote network transmission is realized, which is convenient for managers to make long-distance decision and command.

9) Equipped with hydraulic tongs to unscrew the drill pipe, which reduces the labor intensity of workers, reduces the damage of the drill pipe and saves the tripping time by about 1/3.

10) drilling rig, water pump, rope coring winch and other equipment are driven separately from the power station, which can save energy consumption of deep hole drilling by more than 20%.
