How many days notice of linkage cloud violation?

Under normal circumstances, if you drive * * * and traffic violations occur, Linked Cloud will notify you by SMS or email within 5-7 days, and you can also check the relevant notice in the violation record in the app software. The notification will be given to you within 15 days at the latest.

Before dealing with violations, we must first confirm whether it is illegal within our own use time. If so, you can contact customer service to get the vehicle driving license first, and then deal with the violation. At the same time, I also want to remind everyone that after receiving the violation notice from Linked Cloud, we should deal with the violation as soon as possible.

If you don't handle it for a period of time, the system will automatically handle it for you by default, and then deduct the fee from the deposit. Generally, the price will be much higher than that handled by yourself. Please see the user manual of Linked Cloud for details. After handling the violation, it is best to call customer service to confirm that it has been handled.

If there is any violation during the lease period, the violation shall be eliminated within 10 days from the date of receiving the violation message and the original relevant documents shall be provided. If the violation is not handled in time, it shall bear the penalty of 500 yuan/day for each violation, and the penalty of each violation shall be calculated separately. The cumulative maximum fine for a single violation is 15000 yuan, and Linked Cloud has the right (but not the obligation) to handle it on its behalf.
