How to make a real insole

1. First, size the cotton cloth, glue six layers of cotton cloth pulp together, size and sample, and seal the edges. In this way, the white insole is finished.

2. Fix the left and right blank insoles together with thread. The key is to add isolation between the two insoles. Only when there is a certain distance between the two insoles can the cashmere of the cut insoles have a suitable thickness. In the past, general waste utilization used fishing nets, corn leaves and other items. Now there is a special isolation net available.

3. Draw the outline of patterns or characters on the fixed white insoles (only one for each pair of insoles).

The most important step is sewing in the insole, which is really made by thousands of stitches. Choose the appropriate embroidery thread according to the pattern and embroider it one by one. There is no blank place in the whole insole, all of which should be embroidered, which is obviously different from some embroidered insoles in other regions.

5. After embroidery, cut two insoles from the middle with a sharp knife and remove the isolation net, and a pair of handmade velvet insoles with symmetrical left and right patterns will be completed.
