What is the process for the record of enterprise standards, what information needs to be provided

First, the enterprise standard filing process:

Enterprises to the City Bureau of Standards Division filed an application for the record, the contractor to review the materials submitted by the enterprise, the information is complete and the content of the standard is qualified to close the filing procedures. Enterprise standards should be issued within 30 days for the record. Review of the standard content is as follows:

1. Review of the purpose: there is no national standards, industry standards, local standards, or stricter than, or different from, the above standards, the development of enterprise standards and standards should be developed to achieve the desired purpose.

2. Policy review: in line with relevant national laws and regulations, the implementation of mandatory standards, and relevant standards.

3. Technical review: standardized normative elements should reflect the principle of purpose, performance principles, the principle of verifiability, the principle of numerical selectivity, to avoid duplication.

a) technologically advanced, economically rational, safe and reliable;

b) to promote scientific and technological achievements;

c) rational use of national resources;

d) conducive to the general interchangeability of the product;

e) the active adoption of international standards;

f) scientific test methods, reasonable test rules.

4. Normative review: the standardized format and method of expression in line with the provisions of GB / T1.

Two, apply for the record of standards for enterprises to submit information

1.〈Enterprise product standards for the record〉(Enterprise standards need to be revised by the enterprise to fill out the "Enterprise Product Standards Revision Application Form〉;（Enterprise legal person to sign and stamped with the seal of the enterprise)

2.Enterprise standard text;

3.Standard compilation instructions;

4. Minutes of the standard validation meeting;

5. Enterprise product standard validation will sign the table;

6. A copy of the business license of the enterprise.
