How does ps change the size of multiple pictures to the same size?

Step 1: Download and install the software shown below. You can see that there are five functions on the left. Click "Change Size" to proceed to the next step.

Step 2: Click the Add File button to add the image that needs to be resized to the software. You can also drag pictures directly into the software, which saves time and effort in batch addition and batch conversion.
