Which is more practical, Sanda or boxing?
Free fighting, also known as international free fighting, free karate in Europe and America, etc. Instead of sticking to any fixed routine, we advocate free play in actual combat according to the situation, flexible use of various three-dimensional techniques such as boxing, footwork, elbow, knee and wrestling, with both length and breadth, and comprehensive display, with the aim of finally knocking down or defeating opponents.
Sanda is a modern competitive sport in which two people use the techniques of kicking, hitting, wrestling and defense in Wushu to fight unarmed according to certain rules. It is an important part of China Wushu.
Boxing is a sport that fights with boxing gloves. It has both amateur (also called Olympic boxing) and professional business competitions.
The three are not comparable. Fighting includes other fighting techniques, Sanda is a competitive event, and boxing rules only allow attacking the upper body. There is no difference in martial arts. The key lies in personal practice.
