The scope of work of the united front is as follows:

I. Investigate and study the theory and major guidelines and policies of the united front, organize the implementation of the guidelines and policies of the Central Committee of the C*** on the united front; reflect the situation to the Central Committee, and put forward opinions and suggestions for carrying out the united front work.

Secondly, it is responsible for investigating, researching, coordinating and examining major policy and guideline issues relating to ethnic and religious work;

Thirdly, it is responsible for carrying out overseas united front work focusing on the unification of the motherland; contacting the relevant overseas associations and representatives; and doing a good job of the work relating to Taiwan compatriots and their dependents.

Fourth, responsible for the arrangement of people outside the Party, and work with the relevant departments to do a good job of training, selecting and recommending people outside the Party.

V.
