After three generations of continuous research, its soy sauce brewing technology was completed in the early years of the Republic of China, producing "sun-dried oil" and "sun-dried health oil". The former is exposed to the sun for three days in a vat, and blistered in the sun at night. The production cycle is as long as two years. Special sun-dried soy sauce is reddish brown in color, rich in sauce flavor, mellow in body and unchanged after long storage.
