Qian Wanlong's soy sauce brewing process is a traditional soy sauce brewing process in Shanghai Benbang and an ancient traditional handicraft skill of Han nationality. Selected in the second batch of national intangible cultural heritage list. Wanlong Sauce Garden was established in 1880, which was the "official sauce garden" at that time. After three generations of continuous research, its soy sauce brewing technology was completed in the early years of the Republic of China, producing "sun-dried oil" and "sun-dried health oil". The former is exposed to the sun for three days in a vat, and blistered in the sun at night. The production cycle is as long as two years. Special sun-dried soy sauce is reddish brown in color, rich in sauce flavor, mellow in body and unchanged after long storage.
