Dehydration balance switch of pulsator washing machine

This part is mainly responsible for the balance of the dehydration barrel and the monitoring of the opening and closing of the upper cover. Located at the position of the opening and closing handle of the washing machine cover, near the dehydration timer, there is a protrusion in front of the drying bucket cover, which is about 5- 10 cm long. When the washing machine rotates the drying barrel under the cover, the dehydration balance open loop is in the on state, and when the drying barrel is started, it will automatically detect whether there is serious deviation in the drying barrel. When it is found that there is a serious deviation in the spin-drying bucket, the outer bucket of the washing machine will collide with the extension rod of the dehydration balance switch, forcing the dehydration bucket to stop running.

The method of replacing the dehydration balance switch is relatively simple. When the dehydration cover of the washing machine is closed, the balance switch will be in a sinking state, so when removing the balance switch, make sure that the cover of the dehydration barrel is in an open state. Unscrew several fixing screws around the dehydration balance control switch and replace them with new ones. Note: When replacing and tightening new screws, be sure to tighten diagonal screws first, so that the installation will be more stable.

I don't know if you have noticed that when the spin-drying bucket is running fast, if the lid of the spin-drying bucket is opened, the spin-drying bucket will stop rotating quickly. This is also because the balance switch pops up at the moment when the cover plate is opened, forcing the spin-drying bucket to slow down. So the dehydration balance switch also plays a certain protective role.
