What is recycled material?
grade
There are many kinds of recycled materials according to different materials. Generally, plastics are recycled the most. Recycled plastic particles are classified according to the different raw materials used and the characteristics of recycled plastic particles produced by processing. Generally divided into primary recycled plastic particles, secondary recycled plastic particles and tertiary recycled plastic particles.
Level a
Refers to the raw materials used are leftover bits and pieces that have not landed, also known as leftovers, and some are nozzle materials and rubber head materials. All of them are good quality, unused, small scraps in the process of processing new materials, or recycled plastic particles with poor quality. The recycled plastic particles processed from these wool materials have good transparency and quality comparable to that of new materials, so they are called first-class recycled plastic particles or super-grade recycled plastic particles.
assistant
That is to say, all the raw materials have been used once, except for high-pressure recycling of plastic particles. Most of the high-pressure recycled plastic particles are imported large pieces. If the imported bulk is industrial film and has not been weathered, the quality is also good, and the processed recycled plastic particles have good transparency. At this time, it should also be judged according to the brightness and surface roughness of recycled plastic particles.
Three levels
It means that the raw materials are used twice or more, and the elasticity and toughness of the processed recycled plastic particles are not very good, so they can only be used for injection molding. Primary and secondary recycled plastic particles can be used for film blowing and wire drawing. Super recycled plastic particles: close to raw materials, 80-90% of the price of raw materials; Primary recycled plastic particles: 70-80% of the price of raw materials; Secondary recycled plastic particles: 50-70% of the price of raw materials; Tertiary recycled plastic particles: 30-50% of the price of raw materials. From the quality point of view: wire drawing, film blowing, spinning, first-class, second-class, injection filling and so on. Sometimes it will be re-graded at the same level.
use
Recycled materials are usually produced by the recycling of chemical products. Through some processing means, various corresponding products are manufactured. Due to different product requirements, the properties of recycled materials are also different. Therefore, due to the problem of world resources, different products can be made from recycled materials. More and more users use recycled materials, and manufacturers of plastic products are more and more interested in the use of recycled materials.
