Fuzhou fuhui temple

Fuzhou Fuhui Temple is located in the east of Fuzhou downtown, about 200 meters south of Wu Liting Pavilion on Fuma Road. According to "Archaeology of Rongcheng" in LAM Raymond (Qing Dynasty), during the Ming and Qing Dynasties, there was a historical relic of the famous anti-Japanese national hero Qi Jiguang's "Bayi Pier". During the reign of Emperor Kangxi in Qing Dynasty, the only pier at the eastern end of Xiuban Village, a thousand-year-old evergreen tree and the "Xuan-worshipping altar" beside it endowed the spirit of heaven and earth, the essence of the sun and the moon, and inspired generate. The altar was filled with incense, wishing Zhouba Township stability and peace.

Fuhui Temple covers an area of more than 3,000 square meters. For more than a decade, the vast number of well-intentioned men and women have been merciful and generous. After all kinds of fund-raising and efforts, the temple has been transformed, the Buddha statue has been shaped, and the face of the temple has been greatly changed. At present, there are the Heavenly King Hall, Guanyin Hall, THE TEMPLE OF JIALAN Hall, Ancestral Hall, Buddhist Temple, Kissing Hall, Zhai Hall and Monk Room. At the same time, there are statues of Maitreya Buddha, Guanyin Bodhisattva, Earth Treasure King Bodhisattva, Mu Yilian Venerable, Galand Bodhisattva, Wei Tuo Venerable, Four Heavenly Kings and Buddha. The basic facilities meet the needs of Buddhist Dojo and monks and nuns, Buddhist activities are carried out in an orderly manner, and the daily life of resident monks is rich in norms.

Although the villages around Fuhui Temple are densely populated and the blocks are bustling, the red high walls in the temple are a rare pure land, quiet and peaceful. Rows of fruit trees and landscape trees are scattered all year round, and there are many bonsai and flowers under the shade, which makes each temple picturesque and makes pilgrims and tourists feel quiet, elegant and relaxed. It is really a good place to worship Buddha and practice.
