These private enterprises account for 90% of the employed population in China.

Therefore, Lang Xianping speaks from the standpoint of private enterprises, with the purpose of safeguarding the common people and opposing the vested interests of state-owned enterprises and central enterprises! It bears the criticism of a large number of vested interest groups and the pressure of the huge network water army under these groups.
