What are the customs in Shandong?
1, the art of paper cutting. A pair of scissors, a piece of red paper, cut out various shapes at will, and the imagination is amazing. It is understood that Shandong paper-cutting is more famous for Fan and Luan. Shandong paper-cut style is concise and lively, with strong regional culture, superb skills and second to none imagination in the country.
2. Kites. In the Ming dynasty, there appeared artists who could tie kites. Later, with the popularity of the custom of flying kites, the art of flying kites reached its peak. Weifang kites have three basic shapes: rope shape, hard wing shape and simple shape, among which centipede shape is the most prominent.
3. Yangko. Jiaozhou Yangko has a history of more than 300 years, which is mainly spread in Jimo, Huangdao, Jiaonan, Gaomi and other areas in Shandong. Jiaozhou Yangko used to be called "Diyangko", "Running Yangko", "Three Bends" and "Twisting Waist". After the founding of the People's Republic of China, it was called "Jiaozhou Yangko" because it was mainly active in the suburbs of Jiaozhou.
