What's the taste of chocolate?
When I grew up, I tasted all kinds of chocolates, such as dark chocolate, white chocolate, milk chocolate, toffee chocolate, nut chocolate and fruity chocolate. My favorite are dark chocolate and milk chocolate.
White chocolate contains no cocoa powder. It tasted good at first, but it was discarded after tasting it. Toffee chocolate, oily and sweet, has a delicate feeling, but it tastes a little heavy and has no aftertaste, which is not my favorite. Nut chocolate is rich in flavor, crunchy nuts are accompanied by the sweetness of chocolate, and nuts are an excellent choice for nourishing the brain. Speaking of which, they both happen to have it. However, when eating nut chocolate, I always feel that nuts steal the limelight of chocolate. Chocolate is really delicious, not outstanding, I don't like it at all. Fruity chocolate is just a pleasure, just fresh. If you eat too much, it will become chicken ribs.
Milk chocolate, on the other hand, tastes mild and delicate. I remember that Dove Chocolate has a slogan: "It's creamy and silky", which is exactly the feeling. Touch the tip of the tongue, the chocolate melts slowly and the taste buds are sweet. A thin layer, just silk, glides across the skin, light and close-fitting, soft and delicate. The taste is not heavy, smooth and moist. Although the aftertaste is not mellow, the foretaste is just right, which is my heart.
Another favorite, dark chocolate, has a strong cocoa flavor, semi-bitter and semi-sweet, slightly bitter at the mouth, bringing out a richer layering and taste, with a long and delicate aftertaste and a touch of sweetness, just like an experience, bitter first and then sweet, with endless aftertaste. The bitterness in front makes the sweetness behind warmer and richer. Just need proper suffering, not all suffering. I remember a friend once brought me a piece of dark chocolate marked 90%. At that time, I thought that dark chocolate would be more mellow and delicious. I never thought that when chocolate was eaten, it was only bitter and sour, not only bitter but also sour, and there was no sweetness at all. To be honest, it tastes terrible. It is concluded that chocolate should be a little sweet and delicious. Too pure is not necessarily good, but what suits you is the best. So no more than 85% dark chocolate, accept, yearn for and be happy. Above it, it is unbearable.
One day, I picked up a piece of chocolate, put it in my mouth and closed my eyes. The taste was obvious.
