Difference between screen system imaging and digital plane X-ray photography
1, imaging principle: screen system imaging mainly uses X-rays to form latent images on the film after passing through the human body, and these latent images are developed and fixed to finally form visible images, while digital flat-panel X-ray photography uses digital flat-panel detectors to convert X-rays into digital signals, and these digital signals are further processed by computers to finally form images.
2. Image quality: Because digital flat-panel X-ray photography adopts digital technology, its image quality is usually better than that of traditional screen system imaging. Digital technology can better capture and display the details of X-rays and provide more accurate diagnostic information.
3. Screen system is a combination system of intensifying screen and X-ray film, and it is the receiving medium (image information receiver) in conventional X-ray photography. Using the combination of X-ray film and intensifying screen, invisible X-ray information is converted into visible images.
