What are the special snacks in China
Local specialty snacks are a kind of local food culture, never just between meals to fill the stomach to pursue the simple level of not hungry. Specialty snacks are made from locally sourced ingredients and usually reflect the local material and social life style. China is so big, the ingredients are also very different, every kind of snack is a local culture, every kind of snack is a kind of strong hometown feeling.
Introducing a few local specialties:
1. Intestinal noodles
The reason why the name intestinal noodles, is because of that similar to the structure of the sausage, a thin layer of powder skin, encompassing everything. 2. Sticky millet cake
The common millet cake is a traditional snack popular in the south of the Yangtze River (Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai), and is a deep-fried pastry, also known as blanched sticky millet cake, or fried patty cake in other parts of the South. The outer layer of common millet cake is golden yellow in color, while the inner layer is soft and sticky white rice, which is crispy, salty, and fresh when you bite into it.
