Introduction of Three Carvings in Zhejiang
The three sculptures in Zhejiang are Dongyang woodcarving, Yueqing boxwood carving woodcarving and Qingtian woodcarving, which are the traditional three great men carving art. Dongyang woodcarving, also known as white woodcarving, is known as Dongyang, Zhejiang, the hometown of woodcarving in China, and is also known as a national treasure. Boxwood carving has a long history and simple style. It is a traditional Han handicraft with boxwood as carving material, mainly produced in Wenzhou, Yueqing and other places in Zhejiang Province. Qingtian stone carving refers to the traditional Han handicrafts carved with Qingtian stone as the material. Qingtian Stone is produced in qingtian county, Zhejiang Province in the east of China, which has always been called "the hometown of stone carving in China".
