What ingredients do you use to make sushi?
To make sushi, you need rice, crabstick, cucumber, cantaloupe, vinegar, seafood, sushi vinegar, wasabi, soy sauce, and sushi seaweed.
Sushi (traditional cuisine)
Sushi is one of the traditional Japanese cuisines. The main ingredient is rice that has been seasoned with sushi vinegar to maintain body temperature, and topped with fish, seafood, vegetables, or eggs, it has a delicious flavor and is very popular among Japanese people.
How to make sushi
Steam the rice, put it in a container, add the sushi vinegar at a ratio of 10:1, and stir with a rice spoon to loosen the mixture.
Cook the crabmeat.
Cucumber cut into long strips.
Cut cantaloupe into long strips.
Bamboo curtains on a good plastic wrap, put the seaweed, rice evenly to the seaweed (edges and corners of the 1.5cm or so of the place to leave empty, to avoid the rice run out).
Place cucumber, crabstick and cantaloupe on the bottom 1/4 (cucumber and cantaloupe on the outside, crabstick in the center), and squeeze on the salad dressing.
Finish by rolling up the bamboo curtain slowly and tightly into a sushi roll.
Slice it into equal pieces with a knife and serve.
