Cucumber acid practice

Wash the dried cucumber, cut off both ends with uniform size, put the cucumber vertically in a water-free and oil-free jar, add a few peppers and an octagonal in cold boiled water, add a teaspoon of salt and a little white wine, close the bottle cap, and keep the pickled cucumber at room temperature for one week (remember to use cold boiled water).
